Mr. Carey is a Member of the firm with 37 years of experience in all facets of land surveying, including boundary, topographic, photo control, hydrological, utility, pipeline and route surveying. His duties include management of the Survey Department, office coordination and project management. Mr. Carey earned an AAS in Civil Technology from Broome Community College and has been with Keystone Associates for 6 years.
