Mr. Ellsworth is the Managing Member of Keystone Associates. He has 27 years extensive experience in civil engineering and other engineering disciplines. His current duties include QA/QC for the Civil Engineering Department, along with marketing and business operations of the firm. Mr. Ellsworth holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University: L.C. Smith School of Engineering.
