New Commissions - Keystone Associates

BROOME COMMUNITY COLLEGE - Keystone Associates was retained to provide architectural/engineering services for the design and oversight of the Wales Building Renovation Project. The general scope of work will include schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding and the construction support phases for the renovation. The project consists of removal and replacement of the existing windows and curtain walls, asbestos abatement, the installation of a new elevator, adding aesthetic value to the building exterior; main entrance and upper hallway renovations, renovation of the two bathrooms and possible replacement of the HVAC system.
HOUGHTON COLLEGE - Keystone Associates was retained to provide architectural and engineering services for the planning, design and construction of the proposed Kerr-Pegula Athletic Complex at Houghton College. The proposed facilities include a lighted athletic field complex for baseball, softball, field hockey and lacrosse teams along with dugouts, bullpens, backstops and complete fencing. The complex will also include a multi-purpose field house adjacent to the outdoor playing fields. The field house will include an indoor track with designated areas for field events; indoor practice space for soccer, field hockey, lacrosse, baseball and softball; an athletic training and sports medicine area; and, tennis courts, locker rooms, weight rooms, concession venues, rest rooms, storage and office space.
GAS FIELD SPECIALISTS, INC. - Keystone Associates was retained to provide engineering services regarding the multi-sector general stormwater permit concerning Gas Field Specialists, Inc., facilities and operations in Horseheads, New York. Keystone will provide specific monitoring and reporting phase services.
BEAR BULCH POND DAM - Keystone Associates was retained to provide engineering services related to NYSDEC's Dam Safety Regulations regarding the Bear Gulch Pond Dam in the Town of Summit. Keystone will provide an Inspection and Maintenance Plan, Dam Safety Inspection and Report, Dam Engineering Assessment Report, and an Annual Certification.
GAS SEARCH DRILLING SERVICES CORPORATION - Keystone Associates was retained to provide preliminary design services for the proposed development of an existing storage facility into a CNG repain and storage facility in Montrose, Pennsylvania.
OUR LADY OF SORROWS CHURCH - Keystone Associates was retained to provide Special Inspections and Material Testing Services for the construction of a 19,000 SF pre-engineered building at the location of Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Vestal, New York.
BROOME COUNTY - Keystone Associates was retained to provide surveying services for the proposed Farmer’s Market to be located at Otsinigo Park.
BCC FOUNDATION - Keystone Associates was retained to perform a topographic survey of the Broome Community College campus for the proposed campus housing project.
