Asbestos Abatement
Keystone Associates is licensed to provide Asbestos Abatement Design for materials tested or suspected to be Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM). Design is based on test reports provided by a separate sampling and testing company, therefore allowing the integrity of the results to be maintained. Our licensed designers have extensive experience and are constantly refining documents to ensure they meet the latest DOL requirements.

Radon
The Southern Tier of New York is in a region known for radon in the ground. Radon is a colorless, odorless, invisible gas that can only be detected through the use of proper equipment and protocol. Chronic exposure to elevated radon levels has been linked to an increased incidence in lung cancer.

Keystone Associates can assist you in testing and in reducing the levels in your facility, especially in new construction by designing a sub-slab depressurization system.

Lead-Based Paint
Lead-based paint was prevalent up until recently when paint manufacturers redeveloped formulas to reduce and eliminate lead. If your existing facility will be renovated to house children of any age we recommend that testing be done to determine the possible explosive. A lead-based paint plan can then be created for use by the contractor’s to eliminate explosive during construction.
