Keystone Associates provides extensive professional services for projects including building design and layout, site survey, civil, environmental, geotechnical, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering, exterior and interior design and coordination, exterior landscaping, and cost estimating.
Keystone Associates specializes in projects with unique requirements or intricate programs. Our creative problem-solving techniques have allowed us to design new structures and alter existing facilities and sites of all sizes and complexities. We are awarded commissions requiring our expertise and design creativity. Because of the expectations and demands driven by our clients’ varied backgrounds, we have developed and nurtured a method to adapt ourselves to program requirements of any and all clients.
Of utmost importance is the emphasis we place on quality control throughout the entire design process. Thorough planning, alternative evaluation, and attention to details are essential to a successful project and will result in significant savings in time and money during construction. Quality Assurance reviews are an essential component of our design process and are held at key stages of each project before our work is submitted to the Owner and reviewing agencies. These reviews involve off project senior personnel who can provide an objective and unbiased review of our work to be sure it addresses our clients needs and meets our professional requirements.
